We are looking to add a rockstar salesperson to represent our tree care division. Ideal candidate has knowledge of different tree types in MN and WI. The job requires a certification or willingness to get one within 6 months of employment. Meetings will be at residential and commercial properties along the River Valley.

Job duties are as follows:
- Oversee tree service jobs for your closed sales
- Meet with prospects and or repeat clients
- Execute estimates in a timely manner

- Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve conflict
- Multitask and meet quotas
- A company vehicle will be provided with a fuel card.

We are looking to add landscape foreman to our team! The landscape foreman will be responsible for overseeing all onsite-aspects of landscape construction projects.
Job Duties:
- Manage the execution of construction projects, planning labor requirements, equipment requirements and material deliveries and timing to ensure completion of job(s) within project deadlines.
- Manage safety, quality and productivity of work at sites and/or shop/yard.
- Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the day to day work activities of a landscape construction crew of 1 to 3 employees.
- Operate various tools and equipment, including: heavy equipment, chainsaws, laser levels, measurement equipment, shovels, hammers, drills, etc.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the landscape/construction industry.
- Capable of operating required equipment and tools in a safe and responsible manner.
- Effective communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Time management skills.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license.
- Knowledge of specific materials, methods, tools and equipment required to complete various landscape practices.
- Carry and use a smart phone or data-enabled device for communication and reporting
